Send a Test Transaction

This guide shows how to send a test transfer on SATUCHAIN Testnet using MetaMask and verify it on the explorer.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Network selected: SATUCHAIN Testnet

• Balance available: tSTU (from the faucet)

• Explorer: https://testnet.satuchain.com

Step 1 — Open MetaMask and Select the Network

1. Open MetaMask.

2. Confirm the active network is SATUCHAIN Testnet.

3. Confirm you have a positive tSTU balance.

Step 2 — Send a Transfer

1. Click Send.

2. In To, paste a recipient address.

   • You can use a second wallet you control, or a teammate’s testnet wallet.

3. Enter a small amount (example: 0.01 tSTU).

4. Click Next.

5. Review the transaction details (amount + estimated fee).

6. Click Confirm.

Step 3 — Get the Transaction Hash

After confirming, MetaMask will show the transaction in your activity list.

1. Open the transaction entry.

2. Copy the Transaction Hash (Tx Hash) if available, or click the explorer link if MetaMask provides it.

Step 4 — Verify on the Explorer

1. Open: https://testnet.satuchain.com

2. Paste the Tx Hash into the search bar.

3. Confirm:

   • Status: Success

   • From / To addresses

   • Amount transferred

   • Block number and timestamp

   • Transaction fee

Troubleshooting

Transaction stuck pending

• Wait for the next block confirmation.

• If it remains pending, try resetting your account activity in MetaMask (Settings → Advanced → Clear activity / Reset account), then resend.

Not enough funds

• You need tSTU for both the transfer amount and gas fee. Claim again after the faucet window resets.

Tx not found on explorer

• Make sure you are using the correct explorer: https://testnet.satuchain.com

• Give it 1–2 minutes and search again (indexing delay can happen).
